Our Goals
1. To assist individuals, families, and community organizations with the development of action plans and strategies that will challenge status quo operatives.
2. To help ALI participants form interlocking directories and joint ventures with social, educational, economic and political institutions.
3. To develop strategies and modules that will aid ALI participants in becoming a part of the policy-making elite.
The Action Leadership Institute (ALI) is a non-profit research and think tank organization that creates position papers, in-service mini-courses, training modules and related policy proposals for individuals, families and community organizations. ALI provides service to groups at times to be arranged. The fee structure is based on location, type of training, class size and/or the training strategy request. Also, Action Leadership Institute (ALI) develops job related task analysis modules, educational programs, handbooks, personal manuals, newsletters and various training material.
